rodeo field trip

I'm so happy I got to go with you on this one. You'd been talking about it for a while! Last time it was dad's turn to go on the field trip, now it was my turn :)

We don't get as much one-on-one time as I'd like, so I've some to really appreciate the little that we do get. We went to the rodeo, and you LOVED it!

I got to ride on the bus with you, and it was just so nice to see you interact with your little friends. I'm glad I got to see you in your element.

You're FIVE! I can't believe it. These past five years have been absolutely CRAZY! I wish I could say "my favorite memory with you is..." But, I honestly can't, because literally every day is a new adventure with you. Every day there's a new story to tell, a new "guess what she did today"

It's safe to say you had a good birthday this year. On your actual birthday, we had a party at your school with all your classmates. You were the most excited about "jumping 5 times"

Then we got ready for your actual FIESTA!
