zoo
So today has been a long time in the making. We'd planned to go to the zoo back in December, but the weather was CRUMMY that day, so we kept putting it off. With you out of school, me off from work, the day finally came.
I brought you guys into work with me for a bit, then off to the zoo we went. This was the first time that I've taken you both "out out". We met Kelly, Mattie, and Nico there and it was so good to see all 4 of you interact. You guys did GREAT! We spent the entire day at the zoo.
I am so grateful to get to spend these little moments with you.
Ellie, you are really something else kid. You were going to TOWN on this thing. You'll be ready for all the piñatas :)

2016
So, another year has passed, and again I'm reminded of how truly blessed we are. I have to say, this year was definitely an eventful one. These past few months haven't been the easiest for any of us, but we made it.
We spent New Year's Eve with both families, and it was GREAT! We usually split our time between both houses, but this year, we all celebrated together.
2015 once again reminded me just how truly lucky I am. I am lucky enough to have two truly amazing little humans as my children.
Bella,
You are the best little helper and big sister that anyone could have ever asked for. You really got into the groove of being a big sister. You have so much patience with your sister, and sometimes I really do follow your lead when I'm feeling impatient with things. Thank you for being you.
Ellie,
You are just the most adorable little gremlin ever. You are a HUGE life lesson with little tiny legs. There is never a dull moment in your presence. Thank you for being my ray of sunshine.
